- Module-based organization: Appearance, Nelkano Basics, Control Editor, Friends and Patches are included and active.
- Install additional .nelkmod modules, review their author and permissions, and enable, disable or uninstall them.
- Built-in updater: checks for new releases, verifies the download and lets you start installation with Android confirmation.
- Six manual save-state slots per game, up from five in beta 2, with thumbnails in the quick selector and a separate autosave. Availability depends on the system.
- Improved touch-control and system-button layouts when changing orientation.
- Import progress with the file name. ZIP, RAR and 7z archives can contain multiple games.
- Google Drive and Nelkano Online are not available in this beta. They will be added later through downloadable modules.

Main changes
- New Master System core.
- Fixed registration from the app to address missing registration emails.
- Library favorites, collections, search, system filters, sorting, and compact, large and list views. Long-press to select multiple games.
- Import games from ZIP, RAR and 7z archives, including archives containing multiple games. Import PlayStation discs with their CUE files and tracks, and RPG Maker games with all their resources.
- Continue from a saved state. If you choose a manual save state's screenshot as the game's image, that state takes priority when continuing.
- Five manual save slots per game and a separate autosave slot, updated approximately every minute. Filter and sort save states, depending on each system's support.
- Customize game details: change the name and cover, or use a manual save state's screenshot.
- Physical controller settings: test buttons, assign controls per system, save and load configurations, and restore defaults.
- Touch control editor: move and resize buttons, preview the result, and save a layout for each system and screen orientation.
- In-game options: pause, restart, volume, full screen, image sizing and an FPS display. AUTO repeats the A button, while RECORD and REPLAY record and repeat a sequence of button presses.
- Second screen for Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS: use another Android device on the same local network, swap screens and operate the touch screen from the receiving device.
- Apply xdelta/VCDIFF patches to Nintendo DS games. Patched games are added separately with their own saves, without replacing the original.
- Sync PlayStation save states, memory cards and associated data with Google Drive. Disc images must be imported separately on the destination device.
- Dark, Light, Navy, Slate and Graphite themes, and Spanish or English interface language selection.
