Frequently asked questions about NGPC
What is the difference between the two models?
Files ending in .ngp open in monochrome mode, while .ngc files open in color mode. Both use the same controls.
Can I save my game on both models?
Yes. Nelkano supports saving and loading states for both Neo Geo Pocket and Neo Geo Pocket Color. Each state belongs to the game and model it was created with.
Do all games work?
No. Some titles still have issues, particularly with graphics. A game starting or playing sound does not guarantee that it will work correctly throughout the session.
